Engage in Running-Specific Training at Altitude

Participants will experience the following training at altitude, under the guidance of the Facilitator:
  • Running sessions at varied intensities
  • Strength Training
  • Running Drills
  • Plyometrics
  • Flexibility Exercises
The above seek to help participants gain insight into the different aspects of running, rewarding participants with a Breakthrough in their running ability, refine technique & reduce injury occurrence.
